convenient location helpful staff efficient luggage storage
i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to both the metro and the trocadero (i enjoyed that walk). the staff at the reception were very helpful. they efficiently stored my luggage before check-in, which allowed me to start exploring immediately. i really appreciated that.
the lift was quite small.

cute staff quiet room fresh pastries
I stayed in a beautiful room. the front desk staff were very cute. the room was quiet and clean with a hot water kettle. the breakfast was delicious. The pastries were fresh.

decent location, some issues
great location ten minute walk delicious breakfast unadjustable air conditioning cramped room missing fan
the location WAS great. it was just a ten minute walk from the eiffel tower. the neighborhood felt safe and clean. lots of restaurants were within walking distance. The breakfast included with the stay was delicious. the pastries were fresh.
the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. it was set at the same temperature for each room. the room was cramped and not superior as booked at all and really hot. i did go to reception to ask about this and also ask for a fan. but they didn't have any.

small room ineffective air conditioning
the room was quite small and lacked adequate space for luggage. i also found the air conditioning unit to be ineffective, causing discomfort during warmer parts of the day. furthermore, the breakfast selection was quite limited. the coffee tasted weak. i think it's fair to expect a wider variety and better quality, considering the price.

central location lovely courtyard
i liked its central location, close to many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. i particularly enjoyed the lovely courtyard area where i could relax. the hotel bought drinks from reception.
